Access Center Representative

Works under the supervision of the Guest Services Coach, Director of Service Excellence, and Vice-President of Service Excellence. Demonstrates Monroe Clinic Service Standards and service excellence skills in performing job duties in order to create an exceptional experience for every guest, every time. Answers internal and external telephone calls using a professional and pleasant voice at all times, determines purpose of call and directs accordingly without undue waiting. Responds to, acknowledges and initiates all emergency alerts immediately and accurately. Performs receptionist, cashiering, and room reservation duties which requires great attention to detail. Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION: High School Diploma
EXPERIENCE: Customer Service experience including telephone, receptionist and front desk experience preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting.
