Leadpoint Business Services has Labor positions available for immediate hire at our location in Madison, WI. These labor positions work as a quality control employee inside a recycling center. In this labor job, you hand-sort recyclable materials on a moving conveyor belt. This position should be able to accurately organize recycled materials by category.
This is a full-time, permanent labor position doing work that helps the environment and protects the planet. You’ll have the chance to start right away and move up over time.

Responsibilities of the Labor Sorter/Picker
Follow Safety Rules & Regulations
Remove items from a moving conveyor belt
Keep work area clean
1st Shift 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday thru Friday
Requirements of the Labor Sorter/Picker
Take a tour of recycling facility
Overtime, as needed
Weekends, if scheduled
Drug test, and background check required
Lift up to 50 pounds
