The Executive Assistant ensures the success of the Bank President in his/her daily organization as well as providing special project assistance to guarantee thorough and timely completion of initiatives.

II. PRIMARY & ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensures the success of the President in his/her daily organization to include: calendar appointments, meeting materials, e-mail management, expense reports and travel arrangements.

Coordinates and facilitates meetings to track bank strategic plan updates.

 Assists and coordinates special projects as assigned by President.

Coordinates and attends regularly scheduled   meetings to include preparing agendas, aggregating meeting materials, reserving and preparing facilities, and recording minutes.

Acts as liaison between the bank and the Board of Directors.  Arranges Board of Directors and Directors Loan Committee meetings, assembles packages and takes minutes.

Coordinates Bank-sponsored events as well as employee events

Coordinates marketing materials for bank-sponsored events and presentation pieces

Completes annual E-Learning Plan and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) training as assigned and keeps up-to-date knowledge of BSA as it relates to the job function.

SECONDARY & NONESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES:

Performs other duties as assigned.

III: SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.

IV: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:

 Associate’s Degree; or equivalent years of experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

3-5 years of executive level support  experience Proficient with Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Committed to excellence. Self-motivated and takes initiative. Able to think outside of the box and creatively problem solve within company policy. Persuasive/able to respectfully and successfully present ideas to opposition. Perceptive/able to distinguish the needs and preferences of individual employees, peers and customers. Ability to use prudent judgment in decision making. Highly detail oriented.
