Job Description
As a Training Delivery Manager, you are responsible for partnering with our Training Design team to create and implement a Retail training delivery strategy. You will lead a team of Field Training Managers (FTM) and Field Colleague Trainers (FCT) to execute corporately-defined store training programs.

You will partner with corporate training design leaders to elevate existing programs and effectively execute training delivery strategies which impacts the new hire orientation and training for all new Retail store colleagues. This role-specific training impacts approximately 30,000 pharmacy technicians annually along with support for other store colleague training curricula.

You are accountable for effectively balancing the budget and needs in excess of 10M training delivery dollars. You will drive a consistent learning experience in order to prepare new colleagues to provide an elite customer experience and deliver flawless execution within our retail stores.

Duties & Responsibilities:
* Recruiting, selecting, developing, and managing FTMs.
* Design training delivery strategies to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of classroom facilitation, on-the-job coaching experiences, and skills validations.
* Partnering with HRSS, Talent Analytics and Field Leaders to accurately forecast the demand for talent.
* Providing FTMs with talent forecast data and holding them accountable for building training plans to meet the needs of their markets.
* Reviewing FTM plans to ensure they are well-prepared to accurately and efficiently meet the training requirements.
* Building and executing Retail Field plans to achieve critical learning outcomes including program execution, training completion, colleague retention, knowledge retention, speed to proficiency, and business results.
* Reviewing learner survey data to identify program strengths and opportunities.
* Influencing Retail Training Design Team and Retail Operations Leadership.
* Providing regular training results updates to build awareness, share trends, finding opportunities and share best practices.
* Providing feedback to the Design Team to ensure learning is relevant, engaging and impactful.
* Reviewing payroll reporting and monthly training budgets to ensure expenses are aligned to meet the year-end budget.
* Working with the HRBPs and leadership teams to develop action plans as needed.
* Flex resources to support critical learning pilots and/or complex initiative based training launches

Required Qualifications
* 3+ years in a Training Delivery or similar leadership position including:
* Proven strategic skills and ability to collaborate/influence leadership teams.
* Ability to lead and develop large teams of remote trainers.
* Proven presentation skills at the senior leadership level.
* Ability to work collaboratively to achieve team goals.
* Ability to travel up to 50%

Preferred Qualifications
* 8-10 years of prior related work experience.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
* Experience navigating and using reports within a Learning Management System (LMS).
* Experience leveraging data to drive continuous improvement.
* Bachelor's Degree preferred
