Job Description

-Marketing lead on integrated marketing activities for the education department, the largest revenue generator among the product and services of AI.  Included in portfolio will be advertising, collateral, web pages, paid search, digital asset management and direct mail.

-Lead ad sales and the management of advertisers’ contracts, new advertisers and development of annual media planner.

-Manage the advertising publications ad space calendars for internal and external advertisers.

-Assist with organization’s email activities. Create emails for other teams as well as Marketing. Monitor email results. Keep up on best practices and recommend changes to improve program. Manage relationship with email agency.

-Project Management for Marketing Department Initiatives and cross team coordination.

-Team calendar, marketing meeting coordination of presentations and assembly of weekly team meeting status reports.

-Become the “go to” person for new initiative research and new projects with LinkedIn, Google and other social media platforms. (Candidate does not need to know all things digital but must be curious and inventive in finding digital solutions).

-Support Director in the oversight of the brand home page and selected web improvement initiatives.

 

Contribute to the success of an experienced Marketing Team in an influential professional association. Position requires a nimble, intellectually curious and energetic individual. The right candidate will gain valuable marketing experience and find there is an opportunity for advancement as well.

Position will require coordination of marketing activities/calendars across the Marketing Team but with specific responsibilities managing education marketing, ad sales and email.

Required Skills

 

Job Qualification Requirements: (Using bullets indicate the minimum education and qualification.)

-Bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing, integrated marketing or digital marketing.

-Strong writing skills and good vocabulary.

-Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have Power Point and Excel skills.

-Experience with email deployment a plus

-Excellent project management skills.

-Must like to work with people and feel comfortable relating to many different personality types.

 

Knowledge:

-Basic Marketing

Machine, Tools, Equipment (Office & Industrial), Software:

General office equipment; Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint

 

 



Required Experience

Minimum of 3-5 to years marketing or digital marketing experience.
