Jobing Description
First Supply, the Midwest’s premier distributor of plumbing and related supplies, has an immediate opening for a Payroll Administrator / HR Assistant. This position is located in Madison, WI, and reports to the HR Benefits Manager. Responsibilities include accurately and efficiently processing bi-weekly payrolls, reviewing tax filing reports and process appropriate paperwork to the tax filing service or tax agency, processing wage assignments and making timely deposits for payroll requirements. This is a full time position with full benefits.
Skills / Requirements
Qualified individuals will be organized and detail oriented, have good computer skills with an ability to learn First Supply’s business system, and be able to handle confidential information in a professional manner. A minimum of two years of payroll processing experience is required, a related Associate’s degree and experience with an ADP payroll system is preferred.
