At Walmart Stores, we work 24 hours a day to make sure our customers have everything they need. And we need someone to make sure that never stops. The primary responsibilities of this position will be to inspire and lead store teams to ensure customer expectations are exceeded. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead and motivate exempt and hourly associates focusing on engagement, talent development and retention. Additional responsibilities include implementing and enforcing all company procedures, policies and applicable laws, such as reviewing and analyzing financial and business reports such as sales results, inventory levels, inventory taking, payroll, and customer counts; ensuring risk control standards are met; ensuring cleanliness and safety of displays; and analyzing daily and monthly P&L and journal entries to ensure expense controls.

Qualified candidates must have at least 5 years of big box retail experience, with two years of retail management experience and two years of supervisory experience. Exempt level grocery background is preferred with a minimum of 5 years of grocery experience.
