Job: Product Design Specialist

Advises and serves as a subject matter expert for Operations, Customer Billing, Education, Claims, Marketing, I/S Government Affairs, Public Relations, Document Processing and Actuarial on a wide variety of areas including: reference manuals, advertising, and sales materials; underwriting procedures; forms design; internal and external communication; legislative and regulatory issues.
