Job: Product Design Senior Specialist

Manages many complex/concurrent projects with cross-divisional interdependencies. Has ultimate accountability for successful project delivery having corporate and division impact. Leads new product development implementation teams including new policy forms, endorsements, rate plans and their components. Organizes project structure, identifies project components and outlines timeframes. Identifies and ensures participation of other Personal Lines departments and other divisions such as Actuarial, Claims, I/S, Marketing, Government Affairs, Legal, Compliance, Public Relations and Office Administration. Evaluates competitor products and rating plans and provides comparative analysis, tracks and reports on industry trends. Reviews and interprets statutes, case law and regulations, and researches industry language necessary for the introduction of policy forms needed for state expansion and new products and product enhancements.

Demonstrated knowledge and skills in project management methodologies, practices, techniques and tools. Demonstrates understanding of Personal Lines Insurance product offerings and services. Insurance knowledge and experiences broad insurance industry knowledge, Personal Lines products and processes knowledge. Possesses leadership qualities and the ability to influence others. Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills, and the demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal and external clients and management at all levels.
