Job: Customer Service Representatives

Our client, a prominent East Side employer, has multiple contract openings for part-time Customer Service Reps! (30 hours per week)
In this position, you will provide excellent customer service to inbound callers and handle all related follow up.

• Customer service experience REQUIRED, preferably in a call center environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Solid computer skills, including Windows-based applications
• Ability to think critically and analytically
